Altered Photos

-
The altered portrait that was the hardest was the collage one because i just couldnt morphe it into her hair and it was just so frustrating
-
The altered portrait that was the easiest was the hand colored one because you just had to color over the photo like a coloring book.
-
what "Altered Portrait" means, for a viewer, a photo you manipulate to make it look unique with a bunch of effects, and for a photographer it's a photo you manipulate to have effects it wouldnt naturally have to trick your eyes into believing that effect is actually real.
-
Out of the 7 portraits i would probably create the cracked face one. i really like that effect and its really good and i think my photo looks really good and i already know how to do it so itd be easy.
-
-
it should be important to learn how to alter photos because you need to have that skill of just knowing and maybe use it in the future like if maybe you want to be a model or actor you can fix up your photos a bit or if you want to edit photos for someone else you have the ability to.
-
i dont think all photos should be altered because we all need to embrace our natural beauty sometimes and covering it up can just end up making us more insecure than we already are. but sometimes we could use it for maybe a little more confidence.
-
Altering a portrait allows me to create whatever i want and be as creative as i can be. you can put and do whatever you want on that portrait and make it all yourself.
Blur Motion Photos

-
Blur Motion is a photo that you capture while its in motion. There is a sort of "shadow" of the subject.
-
I created my blur motion images with the camera by changing the shutter speed and f-stop depending how far my subject is or if we're outside or inside.
-
For each photo i adjusted the brightness and contrast and for some put the B&W filter.
-
The difficult part in shooting these images was finding the "magic number" that was the shutter speed that let me actually capture it. Also what i wanted them to do physically, it was a lot harder than i thought.
-
The easy part was as soon as we found the number' taking the photos was easy, also finding where to take them. Also adjusting everything to make is look somewhat good.
Forced Perspective

-
This image is of Neveah looking like she's Leaning on the sign.
-
this image uses forced perspective because Neveah is actually bigger than the sign and it looks bigger than her that she can actually lean on it.
-
you set the sign up closer to the camera while someone is far enough away to appear smaller than the sign and sit down and lean back.
-
what was hard about creating this forced perspective was getting an angle to make it look likeshes leaning on it.

-
This image is of me looking like i'm about to flick the bell.
-
this fits into forced perspective because the bell looks smaller than my hand.
-
to create this photo i placed my hands closer to the lens.
-
Focusing on both my hand and the bell was pretty hard and i still didn't get it t focus.

-
this is an image of Jennifer reading a really big book.
-
this image uses forced perspective because the book appears a lot bigger than her.
-
you create this image by placing a book on a higher surface and making someone lay on the floor farther back than the book.
-
Finding the angle where it looks like she's reading the book and not showing the floor in between was hard.

-
this image is on neveah hanging from a poll.
-
this image uses forced perspective because she' not actually hanging but it looks like it.
-
i created this image by using a pole from a table and having someone hold on to the poll and laying on the floor and i just rotated the image.
-
what was hard about this forced perspective was getting her body straight.
-
this image is of Jennifer sitting on a stack of books.

this image uses forced perspective
